Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the passenger transport services provided by Ultimate SUMMIT — EI Pierret Rudy, licensed passenger transport operator.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone, email, or via the website form and are confirmed subject to availability. It is recommended to book at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). They take into account distance, travel time, type of vehicle, and any applicable surcharges.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Cash
  • Credit card (on board)
  • Secure payment link (sent by email or SMS)

Payment must be made in full no later than at the end of the service.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Any cancellation less than 24 hours before will result in the full charge of the service.
  • In case of client no-show without cancellation, the service will be charged 100%.

6. Delays and Waiting Time

  • 15 minutes of free waiting time from the agreed pickup time.
  • Beyond this, waiting fees may be charged in increments of 15 minutes.

7. Luggage and Special Conditions

  • Standard luggage is included in the service.
  • Bulky luggage (skis, special equipment) must be specified at the time of booking.
  • Animals are only accepted in an appropriate transport crate and subject to prior agreement.
  • Transport of unaccompanied minors requires written authorization from the legal guardian.

8. Liability

Ultimate SUMMIT undertakes to provide transportation under the best possible safety and comfort conditions. The company cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or events beyond its control.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bonneville (Haute-Savoie).
